Strip infrastructure for serial production
Our strip plant is the starting point of the sliding bearing and bushing production chain. Steel back selection, surface preparation and alloy feeding directly determine repeatability in downstream casting and machining steps.
The continuous line structure ensures stable material flow for high-volume OEM and aftermarket programs. Process parameters are recorded for every lot, maintaining traceability from material intake to dispatch under defined quality control plans.
Semi-finished output from the strip plant feeds strip casting and engine bearing finishing lines — a cornerstone of our integrated single-site production model.
