Controlled casting
Continuous monitoring of temperature, flow and cooling parameters

MANUFACTURING
White metal (babbitt) and alloy coating on main and rod bearing shells — high-volume homogeneous metal structure via pipe casting technology.
Our pipe casting plant is a critical production area where white metal and alloy coating is applied to bearing shells and bushing semi-finished parts. Metal flow, temperature and cooling parameters are continuously monitored during casting to target homogeneous structure.
The line structure designed for high-volume parts such as main bearing, rod bearing and flange bearing shells supports OEM supply programs and aftermarket stock production at the same quality standard.
Integrated with post-casting machining, oil groove opening and final inspection, the plant supplies semi-finished product to the engine bearings and bushings finishing line.
